
TROUBLESHOOTING
In this service we will help our customer identify and fix a problem that they are currently facing with their computer.
The steps we will take are that we will first receive a request from a customer to aid them with a problem, they will be asked to supply us the information of what the issues are and we will ask to receive the system so we can take a closer look.
After we will take a look at the system to see if we can replicate the problem that the customer is experiencing.
Next we will attempt to identify the problem whether hardware or software to see if we will be able to fix it.
If a software issue then we will likely be able to fix it without an added charge, however if it in issue that will involve changing anything hardware related the customer will need to pay for the extra parts needed.
